The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro shoots for a takedown but Bignog saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Ribeiro misses with a double jab.

Ribeiro drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Ribeiro tries to advance to mount but Bignog denies him.

Ribeiro swings around for an armbar but Bignog sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Ribeiro's guard.

Ribeiro has his foot on Bignog's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bignog works his way back into a safe position though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bignog is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ribeiro has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Bignog is looking to defend but Ribeiro has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Bignog! Ribeiro pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Bignog taps out and this one is all over!
