The crowd seem to be enjoying Martinez's choice of entrance music: Till I Collapse. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Martinez shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Jarrah is trying is best to control the position here.
Martinez is trying to control. Jarrah wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Martinez seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Jarrah does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Jarrah is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Martinez is just riding it out for now. Jarrah eventually gives up the hold.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Jarrah connects with a nice short shot to Martinez's temple.

Jarrah wants to finish this one by submission but Martinez is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Jarrah.
Martinez is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.

Martinez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jarrah. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
