Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Clark Gerra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Austin Gray!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Yves DeLean and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gray closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gerra circles away.
Gerra misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gray bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Gray working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gerra is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Gerra can't do much from the bottom here.
Gray tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gray has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Gerra is looking to reverse the position.
Gray lands a decent elbow from side control.

Gerra is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Gerra is looking to improve his position.
Gerra works his way to full guard. Good work.
Gray drops back, looking for a kneebar! Gerra looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Gerra looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Gerra!
Gerra works to advance to full mount. Gray defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Gerra prevents Gray from getting the reversal.
Gerra has control of Gray's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Gray regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Gerra looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gerra wants to control the pace but Gray is squirming around nicely.
A nice elbow there by Gerra.
Gerra gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
A big right from Gerra misses.
Gerra doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Gray counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Gerra is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Gray rolls with it to try and escape but Gerra cranks on the arm and Gray is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
