PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Patrick Tracy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Douchan Mandic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Tracy might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to You Can Kiss My Irish Arse. Douchan Mandic is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Patrick Tracy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Douchan Mandic!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tracy throws a shot to the body.
Tracy shoots for a takedown but Mandic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Tracy misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Mandic darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Mandic looks to land a strike but Tracy avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Tracy working for a triangle but Mandic defends it easily.
Mandic postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Tracy knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Mandic on the ground.

Mandic stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tracy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mandic seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tracy does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Tracy drops Mandic with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Mandic looks back up at him and smiles so Tracy waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Tracy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Patrick Tracy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Douchan Mandic.
Mandic loses concentration momentarily and Tracy pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Mandic crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Tracy finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
