The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryder shoots in but no luck this time.
Silence tries for a takedown but Ryder sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Ryder gets tackled into the cage by Silence. Silence maintains the clinch.
Silence on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Silence really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ryder jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Silence walks away with a smile on his face. Ryder gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Silence tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Ryder paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Silence throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Ryder.

It looks like Austin Ryder has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ryder is still on wobbly legs! Can Silence finish him?
Silence jerks Ryder's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Ryder drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Silence goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Silence because Ryder was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
