Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Antonis Papas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denis Domian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Domian comes into a darkened arena with his song building. WTC kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Antonis Papas had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 146.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Domian with that takedown attempt.

Papas is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Domian's half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Papas not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Papas prevents Domian from improving his position.
Papas performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Papas passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Domian!

Papas is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Domian has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Domian tries to lock up and control but Papas gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Domian tries to improve his position but Papas has taken his back! Papas has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Domian tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Papas pushes Domian away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

Antonis Papas decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
