Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Thurgood Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Song Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins comes to the cage accompanied by Mary Jane. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Song Lee was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Song Lee!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jenkins has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Lee.
Jenkins gets cracked there but stands up to it.
An inside leg kick from Lee misses.
Lee lands a jab-cross combination.
Jenkins tries to clinch up but Lee circles away and keeps his distance.
Jenkins takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Jenkins scores with the left hand. Lee knows he should have avoided that one.
Lee throws a head kick that half lands.
Lee swats away the attempt to clinch by Jenkins.
Lee scores with a jab to the jaw.
Jenkins misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jenkins scores with a body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Jenkins throws a looping overhand right but Lee ducks down to avoid it.
Lee throws a head kick but Jenkins moves out of range.
Jenkins pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lee lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jenkins's sensitive parts.
Jenkins does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Lee avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lee lands with a straight right. Jenkins didn't see that one coming.
Jenkins lands with a shot to the body.
Lee throws a leg kick
and Jenkins counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Lee throws a big shot that misses.
Lee lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Jenkins at a distance.
Lee lands a jab to Jenkins's midsection.
Jenkins walks into a jab.
Song Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Jenkins dips to his left and cracks Lee with an uppercut!
Lee connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Lee uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jenkins.
Lee misses with a straight left.
Lee gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jenkins.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Lee connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Jenkins digs a good body shot into Lee's ribs.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lee ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jenkins moves away.
No joy there for Jenkins, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jenkins closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Jenkins throws a nice looking combination but Lee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jenkins connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lee momentarily.
Jenkins ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Lee throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jenkins.
The fighters circling - Jenkins throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Jenkins wants to clinch up but Lee keeps it at a distance.
Lee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jenkins looks to throw the jab but Lee is out of range.
Lee throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Jenkins's head.

Jenkins is rocked!
Lee dances in with a quick combination. Jenkins is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Lee snaps Jenkins's head back. Jenkins stumbles backwards against the cage. Lee steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Jenkins's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Jenkins just didn't come prepared.

After winning the bout, Song Lee thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
