The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Renton misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Parker.

Parker tries to land a knee to the head but Renton blocks with his arms.

Renton has hold of one of Parker's legs. Parker is fighting the takedown attempt but Renton gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Renton controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Parker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Parker wants to sweep but no luck.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Mark Renton wasn't active enough on the ground.

Parker moves forwards but Renton connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Renton pushes down on Parker's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Renton seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Parker is refusing to be controlled, as Renton sits in half guard.
Renton lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Parker tries to roll over but Renton keeps him under control.

Renton drops an elbow to the side of Parker's head.

Renton takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Renton uses his free foot to push down on Parker's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Parker.

Parker tries to reverse the position but Renton maintains control.
Renton lands a heavy elbow.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Parker is looking to improve his position but Renton isn't that keen on the idea.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Parker is trying to escape the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mark Renton dominated that round.
That's time! Parker's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.



Renton gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Renton lands a right hand that snaps the head of Parker backwards.
Oh Parker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A short body shot lands from Renton as the two fighters clinch.
Renton unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Parker! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Renton is unloading with more strikes now! Parker drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mark Renton!
