Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mister Deeds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slabodan Milosevic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Deeds might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Palmdale by Afroman. Milosevic has chosen Symphony of Destruction as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deeds misses with a wild body shot.
Milosevic scores with a jab to the jaw.
Milosevic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Milosevic blocks a head kick by Deeds.
Deeds uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Milosevic.
Milosevic connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Milosevic looks to score with a jab to the body but Deeds is just out of range.

Deeds gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Deeds just leaning against Milosevic, taking a breather.
Milosevic wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Deeds breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Milosevic is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Milosevic throws a hook to the side of Deeds's head but Deeds sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Milosevic fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Deeds is out of range.
Deeds walks into a jab.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Milosevic throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Milosevic throws the left hand but Deeds avoids the punch easily.
Deeds misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Deeds takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Deeds takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Deeds takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Milosevic throws a right and a left that both miss.
Milosevic lands a body shot.
Deeds keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Deeds slips a jab from Milosevic.
Mister Deeds seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Milosevic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Deeds uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Milosevic.
A lazy left from Deeds finds it's target.
Milosevic displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Deeds throws out the jab.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Deeds darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Deeds wants to lay and pray for a moment but Milosevic keeps working.

Deeds is trying to control. Milosevic wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Deeds thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Milosevic's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
The fighters circling - Deeds throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Milosevic misses with an uppercut. Deeds saw that one coming.
Milosevic moves out of range as Deeds strikes.
Deeds takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Milosevic blocks a low kick nicely.
Deeds looks to land a right hand but Milosevic moved out of range.
Milosevic lands a leg kick that knocks Deeds off balance momentarily.

Deeds ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
