The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Desouza wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Sztanga has him pressed against the cage.

Sztanga throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Desouza blocks it with crossed arms.

Sztanga breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sztanga changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Desouza tries to avoid it but Sztanga manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Desouza to the ground. Desouza escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
