Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Fuentes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dutch Haze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fuentes might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Transplants - Killafornia. Haze has chosen i stand alone as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pedro Fuentes has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pedro Fuentes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dutch Haze !
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haze shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fuentes but Fuentes pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Fuentes bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Haze 's head.
Fuentes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Haze crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Fuentes - the referee stops the clock and Haze gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Fuentes. Haze manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Haze takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Fuentes tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Haze is able to avoid easily.

Haze is trying desperately to land a takedown but Fuentes is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Haze .

Haze shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Fuentes sprawls well. Fuentes wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Haze gets slowly back to his feet.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Haze might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Fuentes has got the better of the exchanges.

Fuentes throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Haze .
Fuentes is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Haze can do to turn this around?

Fuentes clobbers Haze with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Dutch Haze 's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

A very excited looking Pedro Fuentes rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
