Lambert shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

John Lambert has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Johnson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Johnson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Lambert on the side of the head.
Lambert throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A clash of legs there as Johnson blocks the low kick.
Lambert tries to close the distance and clinch but Johnson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lambert shoots in looking for a takedown. Johnson tries to sprawl out of it but Lambert keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Johnson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Demetrious Johnson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
