Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eyesometimes Blackchicks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerome Powers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blackchicks's entrance music is call to prayer. A fine choice. Powers is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: We Run This - Missy Elliot. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Micheangelo Fripello and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Powers shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blackchicks as he avoids it easily.
Powers shoots in but Blackchicks avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Blackchicks throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Powers closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Powers lands in his opponent's guard.

Powers throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blackchicks's waist but Blackchicks gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Powers off to one side.
Blackchicks misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Powers moves out of range of the body kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Powers crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Blackchicks - the referee stops the clock and Powers gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Blackchicks. Powers manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Powers lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Blackchicks circles away quickly and effectively.
Powers has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Blackchicks.
