Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eli Gull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wacko Warner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wacko Warner acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 27 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Eli Gull!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Wacko Warner!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warner looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Warner looks to land a right hand but Gull moved out of range.
Warner slips a jab from Gull.
Gull misses with a wild body shot.
Warner throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Gull sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Gull fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Warner manages to avoid it.
Gull gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Warner.
Warner throws out a loose jab but Gull uses good head movement to avoid it.
Gull misses with a wild body shot.
Gull takes a swing at Warner's ribcage but misses.
Warner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gull pinned against the ropes. Gull gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Warner fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Eli Gull has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wacko Warner.

Warner throws an overhand right that lands on Gull's shoulder, as Gull tries to avoid the shot.

The fighters circle momentarily. Warner darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Warner is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Gull walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Warner shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gull pinned against the ropes. Gull gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Warner is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Gull had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Warner scores with a hook to the body. Gull takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Warner stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gull might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Warner is looking to take a break and control but Gull is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Warner advances to full mount.
Warner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Warner looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Warner forces the positional change into back control.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gull is trying to break free.

Warner looking to break Gull's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Gull remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Warner will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gull is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Warner feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Warner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gull is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Warner, into his guard.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Warner is just content to waste time from the top position. Gull takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Warner postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gull is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Warner, into his guard.

Gull got a little sloppy there for a moment and Warner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gull has managed to get both his arms back between Warner's legs - danger averted.

Wacko Warner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!


Gull has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Warner finds it's way round the side to connect with Gull's head.

Warner might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Gull throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Warner.

Warner lands a really nice looking cross but Gull seems unphased.

Wacko Warner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Warner has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
