Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Warren Hotop (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zayed Abdullah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abdullah has chosen Kalluri Vaanil as his entrance music. The key to victory for Warren Hotop has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Anthony Taglia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abdullah gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Hotop to counter with a crisp jab.
No luck for Abdullah with that takedown attempt.
Hotop takes a swing at Abdullah's ribcage but misses.
Abdullah closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Abdullah lands in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Hotop holds on and takes a little breather.

Hotop can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Abdullah is looking to escape.

Hotop has control of Abdullah's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Abdullah regains control of the situation pretty easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Abdullah moves out of range of the strikes.
Abdullah fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hotop to the ground. Abdullah is now in Hotop's guard.
Abdullah postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hotop manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Abdullah manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hotop drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Abdullah dives on top into guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Hotop lands with a good body shot.
Hotop lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Abdullah will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hotop tries to bum rush Abdullah with a series of wild strikes but Abdullah uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Abdullah shoots in looking for a takedown but Hotop manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Abdullah's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Abdullah is breathing heavily.

Hotop throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Abdullah on the side of the head.
Hotop stuffs the takedown.
Warren Hotop has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zayed Abdullah.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hotop fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Abdullah looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hotop drops Abdullah with a straight right hand, right on the button! Hotop follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Warren Hotop!
