Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Johnny Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by Deftones - Feiticeira. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hunter's waist but Hunter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Diaz off to one side.
Hunter fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Diaz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Diaz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hunter tries to avoid it but Diaz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hunter to the ground. Hunter escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Diaz looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Hunter catches Diaz with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Diaz might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
