ForYou comes to the cage accompanied by Monster,by:Skillet. Holmes has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Holmes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but ForYou moves away.

ForYou prevents Holmes from getting the reversal.

ForYou decides to stand back up. ForYou steps back and let's Holmes get back to his feet.
Jamal Holmes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Holmes is looking to regain half guard here but ForYou keeps moving and retains side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

ForYou bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Holmes tries to bench press ForYou off him but ForYou keeps the position.

ForYou is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Holmes gets his way!
