Lewis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Martinez misses with a body kick.

Lewis fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Martinez looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Martinez throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Carlos Martinez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lewis shoots in for a double leg but Martinez sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Carlos Martinez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lewis misses with an uppercut.
Martinez fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lewis.
Martinez throws the kick towards the body but Lewis avoids it.

Lewis walks forward, straight into a front kick from Martinez.
Martinez is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

and Lewis cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Martinez throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Martinez misses with a kick to the body.
Martinez pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Martinez gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Martinez wants to get back to his feet but Lewis is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Lewis is looking to work some ground and pound but Martinez has wrist control.
Lewis passes Martinez's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lewis perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Lewis uses his free foot to push down on Martinez's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Martinez.

Lewis throwing strikes here but Martinez is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
