Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Gomez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck WIlson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chuck WIlson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gomez got a little sloppy there for a moment and WIlson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gomez has managed to get both his arms back between WIlson's legs - danger averted.

Gomez drops back, looking for a kneebar! WIlson looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. WIlson looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from WIlson!
WIlson creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Gomez sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pablo Gomez.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Gomez, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
