Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rand al'Thor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). al\'Thor comes to the cage accompanied by Teach me how daugie. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
al'Thor uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Frazier.
al'Thor tries to land a front kick but Frazier steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
al'Thor tries to keep at a distance but Frazier has taken the fight into the clinch.
al'Thor trying to stall but Frazier improves his position.
Frazier wants to get back to striking at distance but al'Thor won't allow it.
al'Thor prevents Frazier from breaking the clinch.
al'Thor misses with a hook to the ribs.

Frazier gets tackled into the cage by al'Thor. al'Thor maintains the clinch.
Frazier escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
al'Thor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Frazier manages to avoid it.

al'Thor swats away the attempt to clinch by Frazier.
Rand al'Thor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Frazier escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. al'Thor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

al'Thor wanted to stand there but Frazier had control of the position.
al'Thor will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Frazier has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but al'Thor can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
al'Thor wants to get up but he can't break Frazier's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

al'Thor wants to control from the top but Frazier keeps moving.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Rand al'Thor.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Frazier throws a lazy right hand but al'Thor sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rand al'Thor will probably get the nod.
That's time! al'Thor's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

al'Thor throws the kick towards the body but Frazier avoids it.
al'Thor pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
al'Thor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
al'Thor takes a swing at Frazier's ribcage but misses.
Frazier on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Frazier avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sloppy strikes from al'Thor. Those never looked like landing.

al'Thor throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

A looping hook to the body misses from al'Thor. Frazier does a little dance to reset his feet.

A right handed body shot lands from al'Thor.
Frazier takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
al'Thor pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Frazier throws a series of punches but al'Thor avoids them all with ease.
Frazier gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! al'Thor gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Frazier is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
