The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zimanic shoots in for a takedown but Alan shows good takedown defense.
Alan stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Zimanic throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Zimanic avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zimanic fails to land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Alan or perhaps it was just good defense by Zimanic which made him look bad.

Alan moves into the clinch.
Alan is trying to break the clinch but Zimanic has him pressed against the cage.

Zimanic decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
