Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Steven Stepp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Tupper V (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stepp's entrance music is Wherever I May Roam . A fine choice. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Steven Stepp!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bobby Tupper V!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, James Atkins and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stepp throws the left hand but Tupper V avoids the punch easily.
Stepp throws an overhand right that lands on Tupper V's shoulder, as Tupper V tries to avoid the shot.
Tupper V bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Tupper V closes the distance and clinches up with Stepp, looking for a takedown. Tupper V pushes Stepp against the cage but Stepp circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Stepp takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Stepp lands a jab to the head.
Stepp shoots in looking for a takedown. Tupper V tries to sprawl out of it but Stepp keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tupper V manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Stepp misses with a hook

and Tupper V counters with a shoot takedown. Stepp fights it but they end up in guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Stepp wants to stand up but Tupper V is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stepp tries to land a sweep but no joy.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tupper V accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stepp scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Tupper V fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Stepp changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Tupper V looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Tupper V wants to improve his position but Stepp is controlling well.

Stepp has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Tupper V is looking to control Stepp's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Tupper V avoid being mounted?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stepp winds up and cracks Tupper V with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Steven Stepp has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Tupper V.
Stepp scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Tupper V changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Stepp tries to avoid it but Tupper V manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Stepp to the ground. Stepp escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Steven Stepp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bobby Tupper V is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Tupper V is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stepp lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close second round but I would say that Steven Stepp will probably get the nod.
