The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Candido moves to clinch but Van Damme breaks away
and Van Damme counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Van Damme misses the jab.
Candido fails in his attempt to clinch.
Van Damme circles away from the clinch attempt
and Van Damme counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Candido has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Leopoldo Van Damme!
