The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kdkkd fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Carson lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Kdkkd backs up against the cage.

Carson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kdkkd manages to avoid it.

Kdkkd dives in and grabs Carson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Carson pushes down on Kdkkd's head and hops out.

Carson connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Kdkkd's hands.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The fighters circle momentarily. Carson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ed Carson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Carson lands a big uppercut and Kdkkd crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Kdkkd looks OK. Carson waves Kdkkd back to his feet!

Carson is looking to wear down Kdkkd with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Kdkkd uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Carson.

Kdkkd drives through and clinches with Carson against the cage.
Kdkkd has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Carson is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Kdkkd drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Carson is trying to stall.

Kdkkd takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Carson feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Kdkkd sprawling to the canvas! Kdkkd rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Carson finish him?!

Kdkkd is rocked!
Carson throws a front kick aimed at Kdkkd's knee but Kdkkd avoids it well.

Carson lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Kdkkd falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
