The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kostaja moves into the clinch.
Kostaja breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kostaja misses with a double jab.
Huima Kostaja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hodges showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kostaja.
Kostaja throws a right and a left that Hodges avoids nicely.
Hodges swats away the attempt to clinch by Kostaja.
Kostaja closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hodges quickly recovers to half guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Hodges tries to roll over but Kostaja keeps him under control.

Kostaja wants to free his trapped foot but Hodges is holding on for dear life with his legs.
