The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jones changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Edwin looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Edwin regains half guard.
Jones stalling away here and it's allowed Edwin to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Edwin bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jones's guard.
Edwin slips nicely into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Edwin tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
Jones is looking to control Edwin's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jones avoid being mounted?

Jones wants to hold on but Edwin pushes him away.
Jones wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.

Jones is trying to defend against the choke here but Edwin has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Edwin Tightens the hold and Jones taps out furiously! Edwin displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
