Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Felix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Merlin Cummimg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Merlin Cummimg will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felix fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Felix looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Felix will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cummimg stuffs the takedown attempt from Felix. Felix gets slowly back to his feet.

Cummimg closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Felix stops Cummimg from passing to mount.
Cummimg prevents Felix from escaping the position.
Cummimg controlling the position.
Cummimg passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Felix!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cummimg is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Felix has his takedown stuffed

so Cummimg counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Cummimg passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Felix is looking to regain half guard here but Cummimg keeps moving and retains side control.

Cummimg stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Felix has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Felix tries to reverse the position but Cummimg maintains control.

Cummimg wants to finish this one by submission but Felix is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Cummimg.

I looks like Cummimg might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Cummimg wants to control the pace but Felix is squirming around nicely.
Felix is trying to reverse the position but instead Cummimg has taken his back - oops!
Cummimg has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Felix's body.
Cummimg's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Felix can't escape the position.
Cummimg looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Cummimg is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
I would not like to be Felix right now.

Cummimg has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Felix is in real trouble here. Cummimg gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Felix is tapping out! Cummimg wins by rear naked choke!
