Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Itagaki Manabu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clint Rubin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manabu uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rubin.
Manabu looks to land a combination but Rubin avoids it well.
Rubin fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Manabu manages to avoid it.
Rubin connects with a looping right hand.

It looks like Itagaki Manabu has been cut.
Manabu moves out of range of the strikes.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rubin. Manabu does a little dance to reset his feet.

Rubin feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Manabu sprawling to the canvas! Manabu rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Rubin finish him?!

Manabu is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Rubin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Oh Manabu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Manabu is breathing heavily.
Rubin shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Manabu takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Rubin sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Manabu bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
