The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killer misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Theman Killer seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Killer shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches The Thai Zombie napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Killer is looking to take a break and control but The Thai Zombie is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Killer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. The Thai Zombie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Killer pushes The Thai Zombie up against the cage in a clinch.

The Thai Zombie tightens his grip and picks Killer up, before dumping him to the ground. Killer manages to land in guard.

Killer pulls The Thai Zombie in close to his closed guard and prevents The Thai Zombie from doing any damage or advancing position.

The Thai Zombie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and The Thai Zombie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
The Thai Zombie really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Killer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Killer lands in his opponent's guard.

Killer wants to clinch up but The Thai Zombie keeps it at a distance.

Killer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. The Thai Zombie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Killer seems to be looking for submissions.
Killer wants to pass the guard but The Thai Zombie is defending well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Killer stands up and beckons The Thai Zombie to join him on the feet.

Killer looking to sit in guard and control but The Thai Zombie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Killer is trying to control the position from the bottom.
