Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kaely Cullen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blaze Christianson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blaze Christianson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cullen throws a leg kick which misses Christianson's front leg but catches the back leg as Christianson tries to avoid it.
No luck for Cullen with that takedown attempt.

Cullen shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Cullen was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Christianson wants to control but Cullen is having none of it.
Cullen lands a big elbow.

It looks like Blaze Christianson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Christianson tries to lock up and control but Cullen gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Cullen thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
Poor strikes thrown by Cullen there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Cullen thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Cullen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Cullen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cullen looking to ground and pound but Christianson is blocking nicely.
Christianson wants to control but Cullen is having none of it.
Christianson is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cullen misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Cullen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Christianson is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
Christianson wants to hit a switch here but Cullen passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Christianson there!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The cut man is working on Blaze Christianson's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Cullen walks into a jab.
Cullen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cullen blocks a head kick by Christianson.
Cullen feints and then cracks Christianson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Christianson down.
Christianson swinging wildly here.
Cullen shoots for a double leg takedown but Christianson sprawls well. He's pushed Cullen's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Christianson jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Cullen. Christianson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Christianson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Some bone on bone action there as Christianson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Cullen uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Christianson.
Cullen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Christianson was well out of range. Poor timing from Cullen.

and Christianson counters with a body kick that stops Cullen in his tracks momentarily.

Cullen shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Christianson is trying to defend but Cullen finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cullen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Christianson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

That has opened up Blaze Christianson's cut even more.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Christianson wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Cullen.
Cullen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Christianson is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Cullen lands a heavy elbow.

Christianson is rocked!

The cut above Blaze Christianson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Cullen is in full mount looking to finish with strikes. He lands a big shot, followed by another and Christianson goes limp! The ref jumps in to end the fight - a big win for Cullen!
