Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Arteta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Caeas Liege (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Liege has chosen Will T. Bear: For a Few Dollars as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liege uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Arteta.
Liege lands with a nice body punch.

Liege moves in looking to clinch but Arteta pushes him off.

Arteta struggles to land a body shot inside as Liege controls his hands.

Arteta is trying to force a seperation but Liege has the dominant position.

Liege is trying to trip Arteta. He has hold of a leg but Arteta is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Liege persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Liege is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Arteta is just riding it out for now. Liege eventually gives up the hold.

Liege has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Arteta should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Liege has tightened it up now! Arteta should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
