The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nagano misses with a jab, cross combination.
Horrible takedown by Nagano or perhaps it was just good defense by Toriyama which made him look bad.

Toriyama should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nagano is breathing heavily.

Nagano lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Toriyama swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Nagano is now in Toriyama's guard. A big mistake from Toriyama there, giving up the dominant position!

Toriyama has his foot on Nagano's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nagano works his way back into a safe position though.

Nagano wants to get up but he can't break Toriyama's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
