Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damian Blaszczyk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Washington Moses (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Moses changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Blaszczyk looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Blaszczyk dodges the ground and pound from Moses.
Blaszczyk prevents Moses from moving into mount.
Moses is looking to take a break and control but Blaszczyk is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ground and pound from Moses seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Moses staying calm.

Moses is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blaszczyk knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Moses misses with the ground and pound.
Blaszczyk is breathing heavily.

Moses thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Moses has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Moses fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Blaszczyk to the ground. Moses is now in Blaszczyk's guard.
Blaszczyk avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Moses passes easily into side control. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moses tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Moses is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Blaszczyk has escaped the position, nice work there.
Moses lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Moses working the ground and pound from side control.

Moses stands up and beckons Blaszczyk to his feet.

Moses closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Blaszczyk to the mat! Blaszczyk manages to get full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Moses engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Blaszczyk wants to stand but Moses is controlling the position.
Moses is in close to Blaszczyk's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Moses has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Moses is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Moses is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Moses closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Blaszczyk's guard.
Blaszczyk wants to stand and escape but Moses is having none of it.
Blaszczyk keeping full guard, as Moses tries to pass.

Moses is stalling in the full guard.
Moses stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Blaszczyk swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Moses forces his way into half guard.
Well, if Moses is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Washington Moses has got the better of the ground game so far.
Moses lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Moses slips a nice elbow through Blaszczyk's hands, connecting with Blaszczyk's forehead.
Moses passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Blaszczyk!
Moses is landing with some decent strikes but Blaszczyk is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

It looks like Damian Blaszczyk has been cut.
