The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Washington does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Washington misses with a takedown

and Hamfist moves into the clinch.
Washington is trying to break free.
A nice right hand lands inside from Hamfist.
Washington is trying to force a seperation but Hamfist has the dominant position.
Washington is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Hamfist to keep the fight standing.

Hamfist has hold of one of Washington's legs. Washington is fighting the takedown attempt but Hamfist gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Hamfist is pushing down on Washington's leg trying to pass to half guard. Washington is fighting to maintain full guard but Hamfist has managed to sneak the leg through.
