Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ivan Dragonovish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miller has chosen Proud Music as his entrance music. Dan Miller has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ivan Dragonovish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Miller!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragonovish has his takedown stuffed
and Miller connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Miller instigates a clinch.
Miller is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Dragonovish is trying to drag Miller to the mat but Miller just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Dragonovish drops down looking for an ankle pick but Miller pulls his leg out and moves away.

Dragonovish is trying to drag Miller to the mat but Miller just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.

Miller is pressed up against the ropes. Dragonovish has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Miller down to the mat. Miller avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Miller tightens his grip and picks Dragonovish up, before dumping him to the ground. Dragonovish manages to land in guard.
Miller is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Miller has gone for a leg lock! Dragonovish slips out almost immediately though and dives into Miller's guard.

Miller must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dan Miller has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.

Miller leaves Dragonovish with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Miller shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dragonovish but Dragonovish pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Miller is fighting off a takedown attempt but Dragonovish is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Miller to the mat. Miller regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Miller bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Dragonovish's guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Dan Miller wasn't active enough on the ground.

Dragonovish shoots in but no luck this time.

Dragonovish looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Miller is fending him off so far but Dragonovish persists. Nope, Miller circles away and we're back to standing.

Dragonovish is desperately trying to improve his position but Miller has a good base and remains in mount.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Miller can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Dragonovish is looking to escape.
Miller avoids the attempt from Dragonovish to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Miller showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dragonovish accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Miller really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dragonovish. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Dragonovish will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Dragonovish drops back, looking for a kneebar! Miller looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Miller looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Miller!

I would just about give that final round to Dan Miller.
Well Miller has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
