Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Chase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ville Kuukkeli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chase's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Bobcaygeon. Kuukkeli has chosen a-ha - Take On Me as his entrance music. Johnny Chase is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Chase has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kuukkeli is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Chase.

No joy there for Chase, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kuukkeli shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Chase but Chase pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Chase cracks Kuukkeli with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Kuukkeli takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kuukkeli lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Chase has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Chase and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Chase shoots in and drives through. Kuukkeli sprawls well.
Kuukkeli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chase.
Chase tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kuukkeli swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Chase.

Kuukkeli's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Chase closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Kuukkeli quickly recovers to half guard.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Chase is trying to control the action in half guard but Kuukkeli is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
