Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Vernon Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mk Ultra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ultra comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Big Bad - Satriani kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Vernon Turner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Vernon Turner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mk Ultra!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ultra defending well as Turner loads up on a big left hand.
Turner takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Turner throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ultra throws a leg kick which misses Turner's front leg but catches the back leg as Turner tries to avoid it.

Ultra gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Turner prevents Ultra from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Turner passes Ultra's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Ultra has hold of Turner's hands but Turner slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Some bone on bone action there as Turner checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Ultra displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Turner.
