The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Guns shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Marshall manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Guns drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marshall manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Guns has Marshall in his guard.
Guns is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Guns feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Guns moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Marshall has worked his arm free - good work by Marshall!

Guns is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Marshall is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Guns swings around for an armbar but Marshall sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Guns's guard.

Guns bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marshall's guard.

Guns in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Marshall tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Guns!
