Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Daniel Garcilazo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Fabian Dominguez!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksei Zolotukhin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcilazo shoots for a takedown but Dominguez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Garcilazo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dominguez swivels and escapes.
Dominguez fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Garcilazo manages to avoid it.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dominguez can do anything to dispel that myth.

Garcilazo stands and steps away. Dominguez gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Dominguez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Garcilazo was well out of range. Poor timing from Dominguez.

Garcilazo changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dominguez looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Garcilazo thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Garcilazo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dominguez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Garcilazo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Garcilazo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Daniel Garcilazo will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dominguez has his foot on Garcilazo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Garcilazo works his way back into a safe position though.

Daniel Garcilazo tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
