Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eder Albuquerque (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne Ballantine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Albuquerque misses the shot to the body.
Albuquerque checks a leg kick.
Ballantine lands a right hook to the body.
Albuquerque shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ballantine as he avoids it easily.
Ballantine bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Albuquerque! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Albuquerque is rocked!
Albuquerque lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Ballantine!
Oh Albuquerque is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Ballantine wants to control but Albuquerque is having none of it.
Albuquerque seems to have got his legs back now.

Albuquerque moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Ballantine has worked his arm free - good work by Ballantine!
Ballantine prevents Albuquerque from moving into mount.
Ballantine wants to control but Albuquerque postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ballantine gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Ballantine makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ballantine.
Ballantine bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Albuquerque's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Ballantine decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Ballantine lands a big shot that drops Albuquerque! Can he finish him?
Albuquerque is breathing heavily.

Ballantine gets to his feet. Albuquerque looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Albuquerque will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ballantine attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Albuquerque fails with the takedown.

Ballantine stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

The fight stays on the outside here - Albuquerque looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
A choreographed right hand from Ballantine misses the target.
Ballantine lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Albuquerque falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
