Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Van Dinh Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crusty Pelican (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Nguyen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rolling Stones - Paint it Black . Crusty Pelican is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pelican throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Nguyen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pelican. That did some damage!

Nguyen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Pelican crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nguyen - the referee stops the clock and Pelican gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nguyen. Pelican manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Pelican drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
