Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Luc Devreaux!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Marion Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson tries a head kick but it misses.
Jackson tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Devreaux counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Devreaux.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Devreaux decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jackson, up you get!

Devreaux perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Devreaux slips a nice elbow through Jackson's hands, connecting with Jackson's forehead.
Devreaux is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Devreaux is nestled in close to Jackson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Devreaux winds up and cracks Jackson with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Devreaux lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Jackson quite badly. Jackson pulls Devreaux in close trying to recover. Devreaux postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Jackson on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Jackson doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luc Devreaux!
