The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boom fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Hansen, pushing him back against the cage.
Hansen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Hansen drags the fight down to the ground.
Boom trying to stand up but can't free himself from Hansen's guard.
Boom wants to control from the top but Hansen keeps moving.
Hansen is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Boom frees his head nicely. Oh but Hansen has switched to an armbar! Boom is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
