Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kody Vogels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bradley Staffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vogels throws a series of punches but Staffey avoids them all with ease.
Vogels throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Staffey bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

so Staffey counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Staffey is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
