Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kim Tysse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nash Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tysse kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pantera, By demons be driven. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Eddie Farnsworth and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Smith. Tysse does a little dance to reset his feet.
Smith will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Tysse shoots in looking for a takedown but Smith manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Tysse's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Tysse scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

It looks like Nash Smith has been cut.

Smith dives in and scores a takedown into Tysse's guard.
Smith stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tysse swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Tysse has his foot on Smith's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Smith works his way back into a safe position though.
Tysse has momentary wrist control but Smith slips an elbow through the middle.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Smith's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Tysse escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Smith gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Smith is working Tysse over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Smith makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Smith throws a big elbow that misses.
Smith postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Tysse really is a fat lump.

Tysse isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Smith stacks Tysse on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Smith!
Smith wants to control but Tysse is keeping him busy.
Smith cracks Tysse with a big right hand but Tysse just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Smith creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smith is chipping away with strikes.

It looks like Kim Tysse has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tysse takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Tysse is trying to control Smith's posture but Smith avoids it.

Smith lands a decent elbow from side control.
Smith creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Smith is looking to take a break and control but Tysse is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Tysse tries to buck Smith off but Smith is having none of it.
Smith in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Tysse is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Smith lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Oh Tysse is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kim Tysse's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Smith lands a decent elbow from side control.
Smith in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Tysse looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Smith turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!
