Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Musashimaru Koyo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Paulsen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Koyo's entrance music is "Tengoku Kara Kaminari" by Israel Kamakawiwo'ole . A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Paulsen's choice of entrance music: Bullet Me. Jan Paulsen will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paulsen keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Paulsen, as that shot connected.

Paulsen cracks Koyo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Good leg kick by Paulsen there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Paulsen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Koyo eats them both and turns towards Paulsen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Paulsen displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Koyo throws out the jab.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Koyo crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Paulsen - the referee stops the clock and Koyo gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Paulsen. Koyo manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Paulsen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Paulsen looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Koyo is fending him off so far but Paulsen persists. Nope, Koyo circles away and we're back to standing.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Paulsen cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Well Paulsen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
