Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam McLeroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crock Chestner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Crock Chestner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Adam McLeroy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Crock Chestner!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Summer Carpenter and Bruno Hogan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLeroy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Chestner looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
McLeroy throws a nice inside leg kick.
McLeroy scores with a one two! Chestner had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
McLeroy throws a leg kick which misses Chestner's front leg but catches the back leg as Chestner tries to avoid it.

McLeroy clinches up against the cage.
Chestner tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

McLeroy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Chestner is on the wrong end of a nice combination from McLeroy.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McLeroy is looking to clinch but Chestner is avoiding it.

McLeroy gets in close and instigates a clinch.

McLeroy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McLeroy throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

McLeroy clinches up with Chestner and pushes him back against the cage.
McLeroy slows down the pace here.
McLeroy lands with a light punch inside.
Chestner misses with a knee strike.

McLeroy manages to break the clinch.

That's one minute gone in the round.
McLeroy works Chestner's body with a nice hook.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from McLeroy, right into the meat.
Chestner on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
McLeroy stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
McLeroy throws a series of punches but Chestner avoids them all with ease.
Chestner dodges the punch combination from McLeroy.

Chestner closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Chestner lands in his opponent's guard.
McLeroy wants to stand but Chestner is controlling the position.

Chestner gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Horrible takedown by Chestner or perhaps it was just good defense by McLeroy which made him look bad.

McLeroy has closed the distance and engaged Chestner in a clinch.
McLeroy managing to block the knees to the body from Chestner.
Chestner keeps control of McLeroy as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Chestner has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. McLeroy avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Adam McLeroy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Crock Chestner.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

McLeroy has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Chestner uses from the top position.

McLeroy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chestner doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chestner manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
McLeroy being controlled here, momentarily.
McLeroy lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Chestner!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, McLeroy cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
McLeroy looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
McLeroy looking to control but Chestner is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
McLeroy looking to finish Chestner with some ground and pound. This is bad for Chestner!
McLeroy working away from the top, dropping strikes.
McLeroy in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
McLeroy lands a big elbow.


Chestner is rocked!
McLeroy lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Chestner is still in real trouble! Can McLeroy finish him?
McLeroy loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Chestner scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from McLeroy land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. McLeroy stands and salutes the crowd.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam McLeroy!
