Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Tweedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raf Gon DIas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tweedy comes to the cage accompanied by Hard Act To Follow. Gon DIas has chosen Before I Forget as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ben Tweedy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 15 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Raf Gon DIas!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Hugh Johnson and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gon DIas defending well as Tweedy loads up on a big left hand.
Gon DIas throws a series of punches but Tweedy moves out of range.
Tweedy showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gon DIas.
Gon DIas tries to move into range but Tweedy moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Tweedy swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Gon DIas counters with a body kick that stops Tweedy in his tracks momentarily.
Tweedy doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Tweedy misses with a body kick.
Tweedy closes this distance looking for a takedown but Gon DIas circles away.
Tweedy misses with a leg kick
and Gon DIas counters with a series of strikes. Tweedy will be more careful next time no doubt.
Gon DIas lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Tweedy takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Ben Tweedy has been cut.
Tweedy pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Tweedy misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gon DIas scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Tweedy throws an off balance right hand
and Gon DIas counters with a head kick that drops Tweedy to the mat! Tweedy scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Tweedy is rocked!
Gon DIas clinches up with Tweedy and pushes him back against the cage.
Oh Tweedy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gon DIas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Gon DIas scores with a hook to the body. Tweedy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tweedy is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gon DIas throws a powerful right kick. Tweedy tried to block low but the kick was high! Tweedy was taken right off of his feet! Gon DIas jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Raf Gon DIas!
Raf Gon DIas decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
