Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mohammad Lowal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tank Abobo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lowal's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, KING KING KING. Tank Abobo acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lowal lands with a right hand.

It looks like Tank Abobo has been cut.
Lowal lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

and Lowal counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Lowal is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Abobo has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.
Lowal doesn't have the hooks in and Abobo manages to turn into his guard.

Abobo is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Lowal is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Lowal has escaped and now he's on top!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Abobo has his foot on Lowal's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lowal works his way back into a safe position though.

Lowal swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Abobo on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Abobo takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

That has opened up Tank Abobo's cut even more.
Lowal lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Abobo - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Lowal!

Mohammad Lowal decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
