Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Tysinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bryan Houle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Marcus Tysinger has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Marcus Tysinger seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bryan Houle!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Franklyn Lucas and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houle scores with a hook to the body. Tysinger takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Tysinger gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Houle counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Tysinger drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Houle gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Tysinger tries for a takedown but Houle manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marcus Tysinger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tysinger stalling in the clinch but Houle improves position.
Houle jumps into guard, dragging Tysinger to the mat.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Houle is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Tysinger defends well.
Tysinger slips nicely into half guard.
Tysinger wants to pass to mount but Houle is defending the position.
Tysinger is looking to take a break and control but Houle is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Tysinger is stalling here. Houle is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Tysinger seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Houle has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
Houle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Houle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Tysinger is working to avoid the ground and pound but Houle connects with a decent elbow.
You can see the frustration on Tysinger's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Tysinger is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Houle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Houle lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Tysinger down.

Tysinger is looking to reverse the position.

Tysinger can't do much from the bottom here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Houle trying to control the action but Tysinger is working from the bottom.
Houle has hold of Tysinger's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tysinger tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Houle cranks the arm and Tysinger screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tysinger, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
